Four nights in north Wales accommodation recommendations please

I have our nights in south Wales booked, but would love some recommendations for an inn or manor house from which to tour the north. We were thinking 2 nights in the Aberystwyth area and 2 nights in Anglesey, but would be open to spend all four nights in one place if it makes more sense. We will have a car for doing day trips. Thanks in advance!

You don't say where you are in the market > top, middle or cheapo. If top end - consider >https://www.portmeirion-village.com/stay/castell-deudraeth/
Cheapo - consider the Travelodge in Porthmadog. Look at it on Streetview!

This site may be of help - but I would try and book direct with the hotel /B&B to see if you can get a lower price. http://www.little-places.co.uk/home

Also check out this one - but be sure to locate any premises on Google Maps/Earth and check out the access/parking via Streetview.https://www.farmstay.co.uk/PlacesToVisit/Wales

Thank you!

I decided that it made more sense to spend 4 nights in one base in the north, but could not get four nights in any of the places I wanted to stay. Ended up booking 2 nights in Caernarfon and 2 nights in Conwy.

We stayed in Mid Wales at the Old Vicarage Dolfor in Newtown.

It is beautiful inside and out and very peaceful. We had fabulous breakfasts and also a dinner while we were there. Tim is a fantastic chef so if you decide to stay I recommend dinner. We took a train from Bath to Cardiff and visited the St. Fagan's National Museum which is incredible. It is an open-air museum that depicts Welsh history and there are several structures from all over Wales that have been rebuilt at the museum. Wish we could have spent more time here: https://museum.wales/stfagans/

We did a day trip to Aberystwyth and it was not far from the B&B. Its pretty central in Wales. The people in Wales were very warm and lovely. We were there last summer and I want to go back, so lovely. Enjoy!!
