Mondi Tours has been recommended by Rick Steves, and we are booking a significant part of our trip to Italy through Mondi. I just want to check to see if anyone has used this agency and what your experience has been. Thank you in advance.

You mean Mondo Guide Shared Tours? There are tons of forum posts about this company but the shared tours are confined to Naples and the Sorrentine/Amalfi Coasts region, not greater Italy. What specifically are you thinking you need tours for in the area?

We booked them( Mondo) for Pompeii and were very disappointed with the guide we had. I contacted them tp complain and they offered to make up for that with a free tour but we were leaving the area. I liked their offer and their intention to correct a bad experience.
