We have a 7 hour layover at the Brussels Airport on our way to Prague. We were considering going into the city. Will there be enough time to make it worthwhile?

That is enough time to go in see the Grand Place and back.
It is 30min train ride to Brussels Centrale from the airport and then a short walk.
I know for sure there are lockers at he train station to leave your bag or just carry it with you
