I am wondering if anyone has first hand experience using Condor Airlines that they could share. Looking at flights, they seem to offer the best prices and times for our upcoming trip to Switzerland. However, when I looked up reviews on Tripadvisor, they were mostly bad. Some of the complaints seemed petty though. Safety is always #1 as well as customer service.

Hi Camy. There are several previous posts and reviews from people who have flown Condor. Just put Condor in the search box to find them.

We have taken 3 flights on Condor and had three good experiences. In fact, we are taking another Condor flight this year. The only thing I did not like was changing planes in FRA. Ugh! Avoid that if you can.

Thank you all for your kind replies. It looks like Condor is not that bad of a choice. As far as Frankfurt goes, every flight I am looking at goes through FRA but I am willing for the price and schedules I want.
