The Malpensa Sheraton or the MOXY are both very convenient at the airport.

Sheraton Malpensa is right at the terminal, has some big rooms and make a good margherita pizza.

I stayed at First Hotel: https://www.firsthotel.it/
It is a five minute drive from the airport. They run their own shuttle to/from the airport for a small charge. There is a good restaurant for dinner right across the parking lot and they provide a breakfast if you want it.
I believe they are cheaper than the Sheraton.
