Hello,
I just purchased regular full priced tickets for the Colesseum on their official website and got an email confirmation that it was authorized but I did not receive a pdf attachment of my tickets. I did select the "print at home" option. Should I take the email confirmation to the ticket office the day of and show them? Will I have to stand in line with the other people who do not have tickets?
That seems to be the norm!
I have same problem
See this thread
I still have not heard back from any of the emails I have sent
One poster in this thread did get a response from [email protected]

If I never get the tickets I just plan to take my confirmation and hope it's not a long wait in line to get the tickets
Here is another old thread

Take the confirmation mail to the counter for those who purchased in advance online and got their pdf. There is always time to stay in the other line...
Out of curiosity, do you have a mail not ending in .com ?
Thanks for your replies. To Dario, no I don't have another email address.

Why would this matter? I have a .com email
I received 2 emails- the payment transaction confirmation and the ticket confirmation- just no pdf attached.
Most of the time tour tickets won't come with the pdf attachment. You'll take your confirmation email to the stern gate for the tour and check in there. The attendant will get your tickets for you and check you in for the tour, explaining the meeting place for your particular tour.
You won't wait in any line other than for security.
