I ordered 6 tickets from CoopCulture this morning and received an email confirming the credit card purchase but did not receive the confirmation email for those tickets even though I received both emails for 2 additional tickets sent to a different email address. I have searched the website for a way to contact them by email and did not find that information and have called repeatedly but always received a busy signal. Can anyone give me additionalinformation on how to contact them? Will the credit card confirmationa allow me to pick up the tickets at the Colosseum box office? Thanks for your help!
Gee Chris, that's frustrating.
Try to keep calling, hopefully you'll get through. Keep in mind the time difference.
I scrolled down on their site; came up with: [email protected]
There's also this poster who may be able to help if you PM her. https://community.ricksteves.com/users/23500/posts
She's also an expert on TripAdvisor, post your question there too: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Profile/dbabe?tab=forum
Have you checked your spam folder.
Thanks for your help. I knew to check the spam folder, which is where i found two of the tickets.
I was finally able to send an email describing my situation and asked them to send the PDF for the tickets to a different email address. They responded quickly and I have the PDF. It is labeled "ticket" and has a scannable code so I assume we will be able to enter with that. If not, we'll be there early to pick up actual tickets.
If anyone else needs to contact CoopCulture with a problem, here's what I used:
[email protected]
Hi Chris,
I'm so glad I found your post. I'm having the same issues. I ordered the tickets and never received the tickets from Coop Culture. I sent emails after emails to [email protected] but no response. I just tried the email you suggested [email protected]
but it came back as undeliverable.
I've checked my spam folder and have found nothing. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Anna
I also sent an email to [email protected] and just heard back from them. They told me to send an email to [email protected]. I just did so hopefully someone will reply back. I don't want to get to the ticket booth with my confirmation and not be able to go in because we don't have the actual tickets. This is so frustrating!
I have the same problem.
I received confirmation but no tickets attached.
I have emailed them about 8 times- no response.
([email protected] and [email protected] << note the correct spelling here!)
I am going to assume my confirmation gets me tickets at the window and hope I don't have to wait in long line for that.
It is very frustrating- I had trouble even purchasing the tickets- finally got a credit card to work using a diff browser,
If I had known it would be such a pain I would have just bought tickets day of. What's the point of purchasing in advance if you still don't have tickets in hand?
Christine H:
Good luck. I will continue to send emails to both emails and hope for the best. When is your tour? We are going on June 13th.
Thanks and good luck to you as well
We’ll be there 5/23
It’s our 2nd visit

I finally received a response this morning from [email protected]. They sent me a pdf of my tickets which I will print and take with me. I had sent them an email along with a few other email addresses and this one responded. I am so relieved. You might want to send them an email with a copy of your order confirmation from Coop Culture and a copy of your email from UniCredit. That's what I did. Good luck!
Oh!
Thank you so much
Emailing them now
Like so many others, I also placed an order a few days ago on the Coopculture website but did not receive my tickets. I have the 8 character alphanumeric transaction id that was displayed at the end of the ordering process and I have an email from Unicredit indicating the payment against my credit card was authorized, but have not received any email with tickets. I do see a pending charge on my credit card. I have also been checking my spam folder.
Using the suggestions on this thread, I have sent emails to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. I still have not received anything. I was wondering if there were any other email addresses I should try and also, for those that have been successful, how long it was before you ultimately received a response?
I really appreciate any other advice anyone might have. Thanks so much!
I’ve emailed all those addresses multiple times
No response
Thanks for the reply, Christine. I'm sorry to hear you have had no luck getting a response back. I wish you the best on your trip in May and hope that everything works out. I'm about to give up and accept that we may or may not be seeing the Colosseum when we visit in June.
Marjorie-
I received a confirmation email when I ordered my tickets- just no ticket pdfs attached.
(Subject Line: Pagamento ricevuto - Prenotazione: H8ATKMZM, from [email protected])
It sounds like you did not even get an email confirming order other than the Unicredit?
The email includes Name, Booking Code, date, entry time, $$.
And a bunch of instructions- see below
I have the 8 character alphanumeric transaction id that was displayed at the end of the ordering process<<
This is your Booking Code.
Take this and the Unicredit email to the window as if you chose the "pick up option” rather than “print @home”.
That is what i intend to do. I’m pretty confident we’ll get our tix- just annoyed that we have to take the time- I guess we’ll get there about 1 hour before our entry time and find the right line/window. Grrr.
Good luck.
We’ll be there on 5/23- I’ll try to remember to post feedback. You are welcome to pm me if I forget.
From the email:
If you choose the delivery method: pick up at the ticket desk, show this form to the ticket office and pickup your tickets, starting at least one hour before the scheduled time entrance, except if you have purchased the open tickets and save any other indication provided during the purchase process.
If you booked a reduced or free entrance ticket you have to show your ID card at the ticket office, where your reduction will be verified.
If you choose the delivery method: print@home, attached to this email you will find the tickets in pdf format.
Tickets must be printed on A4 paper or, if you have a smartphone with a display of more than 3 inches, you can view it on your device and go directly to access control.
Attention:
We will verify the correctness of your purchase at the site access; in case of wrong ticket type purchase, it will be necessary to buy the correct tickets.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Good news! After sending one last email to all of the addresses I mentioned, I finally received a reply on Saturday from the Etickets address. It contained the PDF with a barcode, showing a quantity of 3 for the entry date/time we chose. So, it looks like we are all set. (and yes, you were correct Christine, that we never received any type of order confirmation email previously - only the Unicredit email)
Once again this travel forum has proved so valuable, as I never would have known about the other email addresses to try, if it weren't for the posts I read on here. I really appreciate the information that has been shared.
Oh wow- that’s great!
I had given up but will email again and again and again
