I am trying to buy tickets for Eiffel Tower on official website for May 17,2026. It won't process my payment.
I have tried two browsers (Safari and Chrome) and two different cards and even selected both USD and Euros. Has anyone had similar issues?

This is a frequent problem and there are a lot of variables. These prior threads might have some ideas:
Some people have success booking on their phone rather than a computer. Set up an account before you start the purchasing process so all the contact info is already in their system.

I have had these problems, too.
I called today and was told that they do not sell tickets over the phone.

I got them on line about 5 days before I needed them with a US card last spring; they had been sold out for the top for weeks and then they were available.
Try erasing cookies or using a different computer. Sometimes it just works after not working.
