Hi all,
I'll be in Copenhagen for 3 nights in mid-September, 2025 and I'm looking for some recommendations for some nice restaurants (nothing more than $40 U.S. per main course). I'm in late 50's, fit, and enjoy beef, cooked fish (not sushi), chicken and pork and some shell fish (not lobster) - all prepared in a variety of ways. I love French and Italian cooking/foods. I also enjoy fine wines and a good, hearty, robust beer, such as a double IPA. If anyone has some recommendations to pass along, I'd love to hear them.

ps - Has anyone has been to Gasoline Grill for a burger? I keep reading great things about it and am considering it for lunch one day.
