The news agencies keep repeating the same information which isn’t much. It’s especially troubling if one plans to travel in June or July.
Brilliantly put, Frank II!!!
I heard an interesting comment from a data security guy this past week.
He suggests an app that uses Block-Chain technology would be the answer to proving our immunity while keeping things secure.
By the way, don't confuse confuse things like Crypto Currencies with the block chain technology that makes them possible.
Personally, I think this vaccination proof stuff is being overblown. The vaccines are extremely effective in preventing the disease and preventing a serious case of the disease if one is in the small minority that actually gets sick after vaccination. Once enough of us are vaccinated, most of us won't care that much if Tom Traveler or Sue Shopkeeper did not get vaccinated. The chance they will infect us is very small, and if they get infected, they have nobody to blame but themselves.
The trick to get the vaccine out to the entire world.
What if I show the Band-Aid I got for the first shot? I didn’t get one the second time, so that should prove it was a special bandage, right?
So a story that suggested it would provide an answer, then didn’t ... must be a slow news day for NPR.

If anyone is traveling to France June 9 or after, proof of vaccination is required.
If Europeans have to show proof that they have been vaccinated in order to cross borders this summer within the EU, you can be sure that you have to have been vaccinated with a vaccine approved by their health commission. Stay away from the Sputnik vaccine; it wasn't approved.
This is a new bit of info; where did it come from? "For over 10,000,000 people in the US, getting the full covid-19 regimen does not mean they will have antibodies, anyway."
We won’t travel to Europe until the end of August. I might pay attention to what proof I need about August 1 then watch for changes… I am optimistic about travel but so much needs refining and defining as the openings and relaxation of rules progresses.
Hi all, this thread was starting to hash out vaccine effectiveness and antibodies plus some volume of conjecture. We've removed these posts. Keep our forum laser-focused on travel per our announcement regarding discussing the pandemic in this forum:
