I posted a length report about my experience with Djed Egypt a few years ago here: https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/beyond-europe/experience-in-egypt
Some good tour companies include OAT (Overseas Adventure Travel), Odyssey International, Gate 1 Travel, Go Luxor, etc. Here are some fairly recent posts that should give you more information.

We were very happy with our Trafalgar "Wonders of Ancient Egypt" tour. It was 12 days (10 actual tour days, after travel days). We had AAA set it up. They didn't charge us for that (I'm sure they got something from Trafalgar), but we are +50 year members. We were particularly happy to have a seven day Nile cruise as part of it, and our tour guide was terrific! (A college professor who really knew his history/culture/arts). There were 39 people in the group and we never felt like we were part of a horde. It covered everything on our wish list, was reasonably priced, our fellow travelers were a great group of people, and my only complaint was with the quality of our Lufthansa flights to and from Cairo, by way of Frankfurt. (I used to be a Lufthansa fan, but after the four legs of this journey I will never fly with them again.) We went in February so the weather was perfect. This was my #1 bucket list item and I loved the whole tour (except the flights)!
It is best to compare several tours that include a Nile River cruise.
We did Egypt in 2023 and picked Gate 1 Travel. It was a great tour with two river cruises that included one on Lake Nasser (Abu Simbel).
We had four nights in Cairo that included all the key sites.
Gate 1 was only 60% of the price of Viking and a great price, with a quality product. We had five star hotels in Cairo and our river boats were nice. Our group size was reasonable, about 20 persons.
