Hi -
I’ve walked quite a bit of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path around St David’s and beyond, but admittedly not recently. The paths are sometimes close to the cliff edges, but usually not so close that falling off them is a huge problem. Thousands walk this path every year, and as the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is a National Trail, path maintenance will be good (which also means they are unlikely to lure folk into a route with overly much ‘plummet potential’). I guess it probably helps if you have a bit of a head for heights and can cope with a modicum of exposure. Having the right footwear and kit will go a long way to ensuring you stay upright too.
I’ve had a glance at the PCP website today and there are no specific warnings about any sections of the path.
