Is it possible to get to the Nat'l Slate Museum from Llanberis without a car? Rick says only that it is "across the lake."

It is about a mile to walk and will take about 20 minutes. Have a look on Google maps here. (It is actually round the top of the lake to be pedantic...) There is a foopath along the side of the road, so is quite safe to walk.
