Looking for recommendations for hotels in Cardiff. Not interested in B&Bs, but would prefer hotel that includes breakfast.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Cardiff in May and enjoyed it. The breakfast was great and is served in their top floor restaurant, where I also had dinner a couple nights.

I also stayed at the Hotel Indigo but prior to the pandemic. Excellent location.
I'd stay there again.
