I will be visiting Wales and Ireland soon. I would like to purchase some air activated heat pads for back pain and hope to purchase them when we are there. Do any of you know if that will be possible?

They don’t take up much space. You might consider bringing some with you.

I purchased a tube of the heat cream for back pain along with a small heating pad at Boots a few months ago. The cream’s in a red tube (Deep Heat). As Laura mentioned, they also sell the patches. You shouldn’t have a problem finding what you need. Good travels!

Another product popular in the UK for back pain is Voltarol.
Voltarol, Deep Heat and the heat patches can be found in pharmacies and larger supermarkets.
Boots and Superdrug are the two largest pharmacy chains in the UK.
