Driving tour in Northern Wales

Rick Steves recommended this tour guide who drives you around - Mari Roberts - for tours in Conwy area and around. did anyone have any experience with her? she seems charming, but wanted to see if anyone has used her services.

I was going to use her when I was in Wales, but the timing didn't work out. She sounded nice on the phone. Please let me know if you used her and what you think, since I may be going back there soon.
