We will be north Wales based in Conwy August 24-26. Will there be any dog shows or sheep dog trials during this time. Also, is there any place to view sheep dog demonstrations if there are no trials?

The following link is for the Liverpool Daily Post - which circulates widely in north Wales. Scroll down and you will find sheep dog trials taking place on the dates when you are in Conwy. Using Google Earth, you can input the postcodes & click search to show you the locations. The 2 with these postcodes are too far in my opinion:> SY10 0PB & LL20 7AB.
The nearest one to Conwy will be at Llangwm near Corwen - but no postcode is given. This would mean driving S from Conwy on A470 & then taking the A5 SE from Betws-Y-Coed.
Although a longer trip, the one at Mallwyd near Dinas Mawddwy (SO20 9HJ) would be a straight forward drive down the A470.
Please note that on British postcodes, the first 2 are letters of the alphabet followed by a 2 digit number.
