cycle routes or walks accessible by bus around Tenby

Solo person traveling via public transport based in Tenby for several days in June thinking about renting an ebike to do some safe scenic loop rides to/from Tenby. Or, going for walks of 2-6 miles along coastal paths near Tenby that are accessible via bus. I don't want to limit myself to walks from Tenby proper. Any suggestions?

Here is a walk you could do > take First Bus 349 (current timetable) to Shrinkle Haven (Tell driver to tip you off) - walk S past some houses & turn L just before military base & head towards Youth Hostel - then - stay on concrete and walk around bay to headland for great views off Church Doors Cove. Then return to near military base entrance and walk behind the base perimeter and you come to a pathway that leads down to Precipe Bay which has some amazing rock formations. Return to top coast path & walk W to Manorbier where you can pick up Bus 349 to return to Tenby. (Bus stop is in the village - not the beach).
