Four of us (with minimal luggage) need to get from Conwy to the Manchester airport on Sunday June 21. Our flight is 10:50 am and we will not have a car. We also do not want to spend the night in Chester or Manchester prior to leaving. Any suggestions for a car to hire to get us to the airport from Conwy? I can't seem to find any companies who are willing to drive us.

You'll need a taxi - have you googled "taxis Conwy" and asked for a quote?

The first train leaves at 8:46 for the 3 hour journey, since you need to be at the airport no later than 8:50 for a domestic European flight (although we don't know of what Brexit implications there will be June) or 7:50 for an long haul flight, that won't work.
Driving will take around 75 to 90 minutes - I'd arrange a taxi for 7am. Google "taxi Conwy".
