Best station to depart from in London to Cardiff Central Station

Wondering if Paddington is the best, most direct or should we depart from another station in London? Thanks.

Have you looked on the National Rail website? I just checked a random day, and it appears that all the direct trains (I only checked up until mid afternoon) leave from Paddington.

All direct trains from London to Cardiff go from Paddington.
