In October, we need to spend the night before our flight home in a hotel near the main Istanbul Airport. Does anyone have a recommendation for somewhere that is clean, quiet and has an airport shuttle?

I always stay at the Yotel inside the airport. It's not the cheapest option, but it is clean, comfortable and oh so convenient.

This past April we stayed at Yotel Landside. After tour ended, took a quick flight from Izmir to IST on Turkish Air, gathered our bags, walked to Yotel, landside. Extremely convenient, for morning flight on British Air. Room was clean, extremely quiet, we got a great nights sleep, in morning walked to check in and that was that

I am also headed to Turkey, May 2025 and created a search on Chrome for "Hotels near IST airport" and found quite a few. Another link also showed some with a cheaper price. Not sure about the shuttles.
