We landed in Izmir, rented a car and went to Cesme and Alacati. Great, but not as beautiful as we thought? We drove and roads are excellent but drivers a bit crazy. Ok. My husband drove!
Selchuk and Ephesus AMAZING! Stay at Garden house. VRBO Alison 90 535 969 1085. Perfect two bed, one bath little house. Quiet but close. Drove to Sirince. Gorgeous and worth it. Drove to Kusadasi. Found a great “beach” (Dock) and swam.

Our hotel!! Faik Pasha! I wasn’t sure if it would be quirky and quaint or hideous and awful. It is absolutely perfect! We love it. Staff is lovely and breakfast is divine.
