We just returned from our first RS tour! I was just curious if there is a post-tour follow up in any form? No, I do not want to complain about anything. My other half and I did want to make a couple of comments based on our own observations, but I didn't know if RS sends anything or if you need to write to them on your own with comments.

A week to two weeks after the tour you should receive a tour evaluation via email.

I think it's good to give suggestions because I have heard AND I believe that Rick tries to read them all.
If you are in the mood to talk about your tour you could do a Trip Report on the TR forum as well! I love to read them!
There used to be a pretty comprehensive questionnaire and they posted all the replies exactly as written on the trip-reviews tab for each tour. Here is the old version: https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/tours/here-is-the-old-tour-evaluation-format
Now there is a much more limited one, and the excerpts posted are carefully curated by the RS staff
It is true that they post positive reviews as advertisements just like every other business does.
What they don't do is take off any negative or "constructive" comments on this supported forum.
