Local news reported Frontier Airlines will no longer communicate with customers by traditional phone, only via on-line chat or via their app..

Not a big Frontier Air fan, but I do have to commend them for communicating clearly that you won’t be able to contact them by phone and telling you what to do instead. I’m convinced that several other airlines I have tried to contact customer service at have also abandoned their call centers but didn’t tell anyone………
