You have to transfer from Heathrow to Gatwick in London? Then hop over to Paris to make it to Prague ?
If that's a multi-city itinerary with meaningful stopovers in London, Paris, Prague, etc. then it's a great fare. If it's a series of airport transfers to get from SFO to, say, Tel Aviv and back, then it's a cheap fare for a terrible journey.
This is way too vague. Exactly how are you traveling between SFO and TLV? What is the specific roundtrip itinerary as this clearly isn’t all on one ticket?
