I realized a month or so ago that I didn't have my known traveler number or passport information on Icelandair, and I'll be flying from there to Iceland in July with my daughter, and I wanted to get it in there. When I went to my Booking page, it said that I couldn't make any changes to it, so I thought I was going to have to call. I looked around on Google to see if anybody knew anything and even came to this forum. There was a question from Frank II a couple of years ago about it but it didn't look like they figured it out.
At any rate, I went in there today and started playing around, and I finally figured out how to do it. Here's the steps if anyone is interested:
- Go to Icelandair and log in and go to "My Booking
- Once you get there, scroll down and keep on scrolling past the booking, past the blurbs about rental cars and so on, until you see the passenger information. It will be in a little white box with the person's name, FF number, E-tkt #, etc.
- Over to the right hand side of the page, you will see "Edit contact information."
- Click on that, and a huge long page will appear filled with all of your information. It should have your name, address, and so on. This is where you will add any additional information that you need, including your known traveler number, your passport, et cetera. Disregard where it says "Address in IS" and "Address in SE"
- After you've added or changed what you needed to add/change, click on the dark green "Continue" box to the right, and your information will be saved.
It's the most convoluted process I've ever seen, but it did work.
