Hi everyone. I just thought I'd put a reminder out there to check periodically on your car rental reservation. Months ago I reserved a car through AutoEurope for my upcoming trip in Italy. I signed onto my account today just to make sure everything was in order and found a much lower price. I called them and in less than 5 minutes, they made the adjustment and said I can expect the credit back on my card within a few business days. I had to adjust my rental schedule when I was going to be in France last year and that was also a quick and easy phone call. So far, they have excellent customer service!

It really does pay to keep checking back. And not just with your original agency, but with others as well as I noted.

A timely reminder. I suggest you continue to monitor your rental. Autoeurope lowered our price twice on one rental when I noticed and called a second time. All of our experiences with Autoeurope have been completely satisfactory. Safe driving and safe travels.

Yes, this is a "pro tip," as one of my friends says. Sometimes I rebook a couple times to get a better rate.

I just revisited our Autoeurope reservation for June…the price has dropped about 30% and I was able to call and get an adjustment. We did the same for a rental last year and found it so easy to work with Autoeurope. The customer service rep actually told me to continue monitoring the price up until our trip!
