I have never even heard of them!! I guess they just started up a couple of years ago.
Well that is not good for their employees and ticket holders!

You never heard of them because the airliner used to fly under different brand names: Alisarda from 1963 to 1991, then Meridiana from 1991 to 2018, and finally Air Italy from 2018 till today.
