I recommend not going anywhere near this company. We have spent hours on the phone with them, they appear to be incompetent, along with significant rudeness. They appear to be incapable of changing a ticket and keep you on the phone for hours and hours then they disconnect you!

This is why I always deal directly with the airlines. Using a "middleman" only complicates things in the event of problems.
