I booked a flight for two with JUSTFLY on Lufthansa to Venice for a 13 day MY Way in Italy for September 2020. We all know what happened there - COVID. Got a credit for a part of what I paid JUSTFLY (that's a whole other story!). The credit is good until January 31, 2021. I wanted to know if there is an extension due to the pandemic so I tried to contact JUSTFLY (incorporated here in Delaware, but doing biz in San Francisco). No phone number to call, circular online site that leads you eventually to an email appointment site for a "call back". I've been "called back" a few times and the line hangs up as soon as I pick up. .Angry, of course - I will be out a bit of money! Called Lufthansa, who do answer and do talk with you, but say the credit is through the travel agency (JUSTFLY) and I need to talk with them. Time is running out and I may well be out of luck. BEWARE OF "JUSTFLY"! They are in fact being sued by many and there are class action suits among those.

Yet another in a long list of examples why travellers need to be extremely careful if booking flights through a 3rd party site instead of directly through the airlines. As often the case, it's worth a few dollars more for peace of mind.

Yep sadly there is no cheap airfare fairy and sadly this warning just like all the others on here, TripAdvisor, and everywhere else will do no good. Just like this poster everyone will continue to handover cash to random sites on the Internet without doing any research..

It sounds like even getting the first credit was an ordeal. Maybe, just maybe, if you can ever talk to a person, they’ll extend the credit, if that would be acceptable. Good luck going forward.

But the real truth, I have actually done the math. I have never really found much of a savings. They often look better when you first see you the ads but by the time you actually pay it’s the same price.
So just out of curiosity I just went and checked. I checked about four different routes that I have priced over the last few months. Atlanta to Mexico or the Caribbean and to Europe. Justflu was not any cheaper on any of them than the other reputable places I have looked like the airline or even Expedia. So I don’t get it. I think it’s more That justfly says they’re saving you hundreds on those flights so people believe them without actually going to the Delta site and saying “oh wait it’s the exact same fare”.
