I bought my ticket from the website Laura posted.
It's been documented on this website that resellers buy large quantities of these tickets from the official site so that they can turn around and resell them at a higher price.
Pick up the phone and call the official site (the number is in Rick's book). That is what I did and, even though the website said no tickets were available, there were tickets available for the day I wanted. It may take several tries to get through. Do not forget the time zone difference and their days off. Oh, the cost of the phone calls compared to 16 Euros for two tickets from the official site vs 120 Euros from a tour (scalper?) is minimal.
And if calls to Italy are expensive with your current plan, you can use a service like 10-10-987 to cut the cost: http://www.1010987.com/index.asp?Country=Italy+++++++++++++++++++++++++#rates.
That link shows a rate of $0.83 to connect, then $0.11 per minute to land lines (calling Italian cell phones costs more).
