Where to buy a SIM card in LHR T5 or Pisa Airport for use in Italy

Will be visiting friends in Italy next month and will need a SIM for my S5 so I can be reached.
We are landing in Pisa and taking a car from there. So which is the most reasonable SIM for limited use and where can I buy one in either LHR T5 or at Pisa Airport ?
