I have been unable to even see this app in my Apple App Store (Canada). I know it's probably time to switch countries but I still have apps and subscriptions I need from the Canadian store.
Has anyone successfully downloaded it from U.S. or Canada and if so, any tips for what I might be missing?
I just downloaded it without any difficulties in US.

I had no problem downloading or using the app. You might have to use a VPN to show you are using a server located in the US. The app may be geographically specific.
@ Nigel - I am still in Abruzzo, but I haven't switched the country setting for my App Store.
