Does anybody know if Three mobile will send a SIM card to Canada, so I don't have to source one upon arrival? All they talk about is "roaming", when I ask them, and that is not my question. I know GiffGaff do.

I don't know about Canada, but I bought a sim card for Three mobile on Ebay, and it was sent to me in Michigan, took 10 days. No problem activating it at home. I also bought a GiffGaff sim card on Ebay, mailed to Michigan, was shipped from Paris, took 15 days. Activated at home also.

Thank you! I did some reading of the fine print regarding Three though, and it turns out that TEXTS are not included in their wicked deals on theirs, and on their Smarty SIMS, and will be charged 35p for each text sent to a landline or mobile in the UK.
GiffGaff or my old standby Vodafone then, for me, should I want to ever send texts, which I usually do.
