SIM card advice

Hello,
I have a Telia SIM card that I bought and used in Norway in 2022. It likely has 13 GB left on it.

Two questions:
1. Is there any way to tell if it is still “viable”?
2. If it is, will it work in other European countries (specifically Germany-Austria-Czech Republic?

Or should I just get a new SIM card when I get to Frankfurt?

Any advice welcome! I am not super phone-savvy. Thanks!

You would need to try to get information from the company on whether it is still active, and if it works in other countries.

Two things working against you:

Some companies will deactivate a number after a specified period of inactivity.

Norway is not a member of the EU, though it is part of the wider economic zone. As a result, Norwegian phone services are not obligated to include the EU countries in same rate roaming.

In all, it might be easier to get a new one, than figure out what you have. Of course, you could always take, try it, if it works great, if not, a SIM card is easy to get just about anywhere.
