My travel partner’s PP expires at EOY and we are considering an Apr or May travel time. I want to use an expediter for their PP just to be on the safe side. Has anyone had experience, good or bad, with RushMyPassport. Or any other expediter? Thanks!

At worst, you need six months past your travel dates for your passport to be accepted. Even for May travel, you'll be fine.
When I renewed my passport, I paid for expedited services via the Passport Office. I got it in 5 weeks when the backlog was high. Not so much anymore.

If it was me, I would wait till I got back from my trip. It would be easier and more cost efficient. Either way, I don't think you really need an expeditor at this time, or later. Passports are being processed in record time, from everything that has been posted on this forum lately.
