Rick Steves Audio App Not Available?

I, too, cannot download the Audio Europe App. Says not available in my country (US). Planning trip to Italy and would like to download audio tours.

Type it in the search field, then do the copy function on the words and hit search and it comes up. The open button appears next to Rick Steves audio Europe app (tm)..
If this doesn’t make sense, email the RS office and ask them for instructions.

I am having the same problem. I have the app on my phone. When I go to redownload, it tells me it is not available. Also, I cannot find it on the App Store. And if I use the link on this website, I also get an error.

I have a Google Pixel phone and my Rick Steves Audio app is working fine and I can also find it in the android play store. Do all of you guys have Apple phones?

I have an iPhone. The Rick Steves app does not appear visibly when searching for it under a variety of search terms. I can't find it at all there to download.

I have the app on my iPhone and it works. However, I am not able to find it in the Apple app store. I agree with reporting this to the Rick Steves site. Hopefully it's just a temporary problem and will be available soon.

Thanks for chatting about this. We've had some emails reporting this too. Something happened yesterday and we're investigating what's happened in Apple's App Store. This doesn't seem to affect Android. We're not sure what happened as, well, it's not like we were working on a Sunday. ;)

We'll get this fixed as soon as possible.

Quick update: We've fixed the problem and now we're just waiting on Apple to reflect the change in the App Store. Many apologies for the disruption in providing this app.

The app will be back in the store soon, so please check back later. Tough to say when... if not today, try tomorrow.

I checked tonight and it appears to be available in the Canadian Apple store. I've also found the App very useful during travels, so hopefully no more glitches.
