Recommendations for Irish SIM, for use throughout EU

Hello, wondering if anyone can recommend a SIM that could be purchased in Dublin for use there but also used successfully in travels throughout Italy, France, and Spain. Tesco seemed to have a good rate but would it give me any trouble once outside Ireland? Perhaps Vodafone is a safer option? Or a different company altogether??
