Is anyone else having this problem?
When I get to the bottom of a category page...like All topics...there is no choice to go to the next page.
I'm reading through all the postings and when I get to the bottom of the page, nothing. It just ends?

Frank II,
Thank you, I was thinking my phone was the problem. Also the postings aren't necessarily in time sequence.
I think there's been some web server problems. What is posted is this....(it's so funny!)
"Server Error - It's Rick's Fault (Picture of RS standing next to a road sign that says severe dip!)
We're sorry, but every now and then we let Rick Steves into the server room. Imagine him in charge of technology and you get the idea..."
It's hilarious!
Don't know about the statistics but the website seems (to me) to be busier than it used to be. Might be stressing things.
Same here. Did someone let the webmaster know?
My All Topics scrolling is showing posts out of time order - they’re all over the place. And Frank II - even though your post has a few responses, it’s still showing as zero responses on the feed,
Are we entering...."The Twilight Zone?" LOL
RobertH....it seems every year as we get closer to "vacation time"--aka summer--and people are planning their trips, we get more postings.
Same here. Did someone let the webmaster know?
I did by reporting Frank's post, but just to give them an FYI that there's a problem. I would imagine Frank has already contacted them as well.
"It's hilarious!"
Someday Rick is going to see this and I'll no longer be an employee. :p
(j/k, pretty sure he knows)
Something is "off" with the forum today. Slow loading, posts out of order, etc.
We are aware of the issues. We're working on deploying updates to the underlying code to keep up with the times. For reasons, this deployment is not so happy (yes, we tested). Plus, we are under a more consistently heavy load these days.
We're rolling things back now to get the forum running smoothly again. We'll make some changes and try again later.
It's funny, I never browse via All Topics: I go to the specific country, topic, or review category. Now I'm curious as to which method Travel Forum readers/posters use.

Unless I have a question on a particular country, I always just browse through the All Topics.
I almost always browse through All Topics. Many times, especially with new posters, threads are posted under the wrong topic and may be unseen and unanswered.
I also browse all topics.
I always browse all topics. I’ve traveled to a lot of places and can’t imagine going topic by topic. Throw them all at me at once and I’ll help/respond where I can.
"...we are under a more consistently heavy load these days."
A leading indicator for Rick's Tours? Hopefully so.
I usually go to All Topics. It’s an good way to see interesting posts that I might otherwise have missed.
I almost never go to all topics or the general subthread -- I usually don't click on anything in the lefthand (quick) column, just the middle column (less quick) or the right column (slow) and then to the specific threads that I like. Among other benefits, this means that I don't see the Germany discussions. [I'm a stinker, yes?]
I always go to All Topics when just browsing. Sometimes I come looking for information and will then go to a specific forum.
All Topics is my go to 90% of the time...
I always go to All Topics unless I’m looking for something specific.

ditto
I am another one who always goes to All Topics. I want to make sure that I can see everything that is posted because, as others noted, sometimes questions are posted in the wrong forum.
Just an FYI, that same problem seems to be appearing again, where you can only review the first page of All Topics and then it just stops abruptly.
I'm getting the "no choice" to continue to the 2nd page on my iPhone but it's fine and normal on my Mac laptop.
I'm another that has the All Topics bookmarked as my main access for this forum. It is so easy just to scoot down the list and see what's of interest.
Same here. No next page on phone or tablet, but working on laptop.
That's a bug. We'll get that fixed.
I’m still seeing this problem -no next page- on my phone.
This is only happening on my phone – it shows up fine on my tablet.
Same - no next page showing on the bottom of the page wah wah wah !!
Noticed this and wondered. ??
There's a lot of under-the-hood differences between desktop-computing/web-browsing and the mobile version. With the latter being considerably worse. I've mentioned before that I keep mobile as a basic tool for a lot of those reasons. And why I traveled with a Microsoft Tablet which does the desktop environment. The Android ones are as bad as the phones. Apple may be worth looking at but I never wanted that walled garden.
Still happening for me on my phone...no second page.
Same here, full access on Mac laptop, first page only on iPad and iPhone. Very annoying! Seems like this is lasting a longer time than before.
If you access the forum on you phone using the Chrome browser you should be able to switch it to desktop version which then shows multiple pages. On my phone I open the forum on Chrome and click the 3 dots on the top right and then click "Desktop Site"
