We purchased the Rick Steve's Greece eBook. I would like to print a copy of the Athens City Walk. Is there a way to print the maps, or are they available somewhere online? Thank you.

I don't know the details of printing eBooks, which probably vary depending on Nook, Kindle, or other format. Those walks that have been duplicated as Audio Tours do have maps available to download and print at http://www.ricksteves.com/watch-read-listen/audio/audio-tours/greece-turkey.

You can get ebook reader software compatible with most types of ebooks that runs on a PC. It is usually free, and allows you to read your ebooks either on your PC or on the ebook reader.
If you have that, then you can use a standard PC screenshot application to get a picture copy of any page, which you can then print.
Somewhat cumbersome, but it should work.
