I’ve been using the Snapseed app for editing photos - it’s really good. I’ve also tried some of the others, but a lot of them seem to be aiming to make your photos look garish, whereas Snapseed enables subtle improvements. The first screen is a bit confusing at first, offering some presets, but if you click the ‘pencil’ icon in the middle right, you get a whole menu of whatever you need. Once you click on the desired action, you slide the cursor vertically to get a range of options, then there’s a horizontal slider bar across the top to increase or decrease the effect. Anyone else have any favorites?
I'll add another vote for Snapseed. I've tried a few others but keep going back to that one.
I have been using the Photos editing in Apple software and been pleased with the results.
I use Lightroom. The iPad version has nearly all the capability as the PC version. It takes more effort to get into than Snapseed but is quite powerful. Snapseed would be my first alternative. I used Snapseed until Lightroom became really capable.
Thanks for the input.
