I had clicked on https://ticket.toureiffel.paris umpteen times and for hours but the result had remained:
'The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.'
on handphone and laptop.
May I seek the help of all of you to help me book two tickets online successfully please? Thanks.
Some insight on what may be happening
I can open the webpage without any error message. But there is a message in French which, if I understand it correctly, says that there will be no tickets for the Eiffel Tower offered for sale from 17 June onward until later.
Thickets through 12 June are already all gone (////// out on the calendar). And if I go to look at June 13, it says those tickets will not be offered for sale until 21 April. So keep trying if that is the date you want. It is already 21 April in Paris now, but early in the morning (like 2 am). And if you want 14 June, those will be released on 22 April. And so on.
I would keep looking hour by hour today to figure out the exact release time—it apparently is not midnight, because we are past that for 21 April. I am quite sure the tickets will disappear within minutes of the moment of release. Maybe within seconds.
Joyce, the website states that tickets for June 13 and after are not for sale online yet, I believe you arrive in Paris on June 14th? It states that tickets for June 14th go on sale on April 22.
