Orange Holiday Card: US>France

Hi All,
I have an Orange Holiday Card (unlimited SMS/calls in Europe) which I will use in France. Can US people reach me (via our int'l access codes) using my Orange French phone number? Who gets the bill? Or is it included in my unlimited calls?
Nothing about this in the Orange FAQ.
Thank you!

Yes, if you give someone in the U.S. your French number, they can call you just exactly like they could call anyone who lives in France and has a local number. What it costs them depends on their own phone plan, not yours. If all you do is answer the call, it costs you nothing. The minutes you talk will be deducted from the number of telephone call minutes you are allotted on the plan you purchased.
