We are trying to figure out a device that two of us can listen to at the same time when touring museums. We want to download Rick's podcasts for such things as Florence walking tour, etc. and we only want to use one device. Somewhere I read that this can be done with a blue tooth. Any ideas?
The cheapest way is to get a headphone jack splitter which will cost around $5; this will work with any Ipod, mp3 player, etc. You basically just plug both headphones into the splitter. However, this means you do have to stay close to each other since you are basically tethered to the device. Here is an example of one:
