Old Posts - just curious

Yes I saw those as well, and thought it really odd.

I think if somebody edits or deletes their own posts on old threads they pop up as new.
Note that if you do even a tiny edit on a comment you make on a post, it changes the time on the post.

Liz, I checked that and none of the posts on the threads showed a time change, as they usually do. But maybe someone deleted theirs. That might do it and no way to see that. But only those 6 or 7 from so long ago? Just odd….

Saw that too. If the thread is closed for inactivity, doesnt that prevent deleting or editing an old post?

I thought perhaps someone had asked that all his or her posts be taken down.

I might tend to vote with Nigel if guessing. In the past I haven’t seen threads pop up again when posts are deleted, but I don’t know…..

From time to time, I think the system just has a hick-up.
