Can you be more specific? Are you looking for an adapter with USB outlets? If so, what countries? Or do you mean a power bank?

I use this for most European travel.

We bring the chargers specific to the device(s) we are bringing with us and also a single male to 3 female triple adapter. We plug our triple adapter into the country adapter needed to fit into the room outlet and then plug the device chargers into our triple adapter. I have included a link showing the style similar to what we use but there are different styles that do the same thing.

Since we don’t know if the ports are USB–A or USB-C, pick a brand of multi-country charger that has whichever port you need and that might be both.

In this day and age it shouldn't be necessary to bring individual chargers anymore - as long as you have compatible cables, a device such as the one described by Frank II above should be enough

The best charger is the one that charges your stuff effectively in the places you plan to visit, taking the least amount of space in your luggage. All of which varies depending on what stuff you have and where you're traveling.

You're likely to have different plug requirements in Poland, Italy and Switzerland, even though their outlets look quite similar. We discovered that to our detriment this summer. Unfortunately there's no simple answer to your question.

Adapters that look like this: https://www.amazon.com/Unidapt-European-Adapter-Converter-adaptor/dp/B077WJYNQ5?th=1 are the most broadly useful. If you then have a US multi-device charger that you can plug into one of these puppies, you should be set throughout continental Europe.
