Has anyone travelled with one of the new mini CPAPs advertised? Are they reliable? Did you sleep well?
I bought an AirMini a year ago and have used it on a number of trips. No issues.

I don't think it's louder than my home CPAP. In either case it's a white noise whooshing, not offensive to me.
Long-time CPAP user. I looked into a Resmed mini about a year ago. Generally high marks in the reviews, but my wife was concerned with the many mentions that it was noisier than my standard-sized Resmed. I'm hoping responders address whether this is actually the case.
I bought the ResMed AirMini in late 2021 and absolutely love it. I only use it when traveling and greatly appreciate the size of it as opposed to bringing my regular CPAP. It has been very reliable and I sleep as well as I do with the full sized CPAP. It might be a little louder than my regular CPAP but not so much that it disturbs me or my husband. It is also dual voltage so I have taken it on all of my international trips since purchasing. Highly recommended!
I also have used the ResMed AirMini for a few years now whenever I am away from home. I do have a proper carry bag for it, but if I'm travelling really light, I can put the whole unit, including mask/hose, in a small pouch and put it in my personal item backpack. I would agree with the assessment of "white noise whooshing" for the level of sound. It will save you loads of space and having to worry about filling the water reservoir on the larger ones. I have had no problems with reliability and sleep as well with it as my larger unit. I would recommend it.
I travel with a Z2: https://www.breas.us/en-US/products/sleep-therapy/z2-auto
Because the fan has to rev higher to make up for the small size, it is louder than a normal CPAP. I find that I have to wear earplugs, but my wife has no problem sleeping with the noise.
They are kind of pricey, but worth it for the portability.
