Is this a good Schengen calculator?

https://helloschengen.com

I've never needed to check before but I'm sketching out something big. When I run my dates, it says I'm good with plenty of extra room.

And that's what it looks like to me too - but I just want to be safe.

But since I'm new to this, I'd appreciate a second set of eyes.

October 28 - November 14, 2025
March 20 - May 16, 2026
September 6 - October 25, 2026

Thank you!!

You'll be totally fine.

The first period is 17 days. The second period is 58 days. That's a total of 75 days, but they don't all count. By the time you get to April 27, the early days of Trip 1 (October 28, etc.) are no longer part of the 180-day calculation.

At the end of the second travel period, your Schengen time is only 58 days within the previous 180 days. You'll still be at that count the day before you begin your third travel period on September 6.

By the time you're about 2 weeks into the third trip, the early days of Trip 2 (beginning on March 20) begin to fall outside the 180-day period, so you don't get close to 90 days. Beyond that point you drop one day as you add one day.

The reason you're not close to the limit, in general terms, is that each of your individual trips is well short of 90 days, and you have wide gaps between trips.

There are a few things about your dates that follow a few rules of thumb, no calculator needed.

First none of the trips are over 90 days, or even 60 days, two are under 30 days. It is really difficult for most to exceed the "90 in 180" rule with 30 day trips.

Most importantly, the time between trips in both cases is more than 90 days. If your trips are less than 90 days and more than 90 days between trips, you can't exceed the limit.

You do not indicate where the trips will take you, that also plays a role.

Have fun!

I’ve played around with a few Schengen calculators when planning longer, spread-out trips like this, and your dates look very safe. Big gaps between trips make a huge difference with the rolling 180-day rule. I still like to double-check with the official EU calculator for peace of mind, but nothing here looks close to the limit at all.
