Help! Need private app for sharing vacation.

You can do this on facebook. All you need to do is create a private group and invite those you wish to it. I like using fb for my trip posts/photos because it is always at my fingertips.

I agree with Nance. I followed a friend on her journey on a private FB page and it worked really well. I'm also in a few closed groups which don't even show if someone else looks at your news feed.

Google photos. I upload my pics to Google photos for storage. I sort and make albums of the different places we visit. I then send a link to those I want to share the album. The person can hit the link and view the album. Only the people I want to share the album get the link.

Ya know, I was thinking too hard about this lol! Google photos and private FB....duh. Haha

Instagram for photos. Or old fashioned email.

It's a great free app (Android & Apple) You just forward your email confirmations to plans@tripit.com and they will be placed into order, and you can then share it with whomever you want to have different levels of access. Not exactly the place to share photos, unless you know how to do it! You'd have to read the FAQ to add pictures, but it can be done easily I'm sure

If you have a photo sharing account like Flickr, you can create a photo stream and have folks follow it. Just Google it, there's a youtube video for how to do everything these days (including boiling eggs correctly).

Ha Agnes! That's true about YouTube vids. I laugh because you mention eggs; i forgot I had eggs boiling once, went over to the neighbors house. Luckily I ran home to get something and got there shortly after the water had evaporated and the eggs had exploded! I still have a good chuckle over that!

Wordpress can also be set up to allow only specific users to access your posts.
