French and Dutch Culinary Language Apps?

Good day to you all - Any experience using an App to help specifically with food/menus in French and/or Dutch? I see a few in the Apple Store but not many have reviews yet. I see "Culinary French A-Z" and "Bon Appetit - French Food and .."

Or perhaps just a recommendation for an English-French, English-Dutch language app that can work on airplane mode since we don't plan on using cellular data and instead relying only wifi --- which last time in France (2015) was impossible because it wanted to send you an email to confirm your existence and to do that I'd need to use cellular first -- which defeats the purpose of using a local wifi hotspot.

Many thanks --- BTW is there a functionality to search the forums by keyword? It doesn't seem to exist except for using control+F on the keyboard for the webpage itself.

Merci!
Jen

At the very top of the page there is a gray bar with a magnifying glass and the word 'search'

No dedicated culinary dictionaries, but I have good experiences with Interglot. Bab.la is less comprehensive, but has a pronunciation function. Both work with Wifi.
